The Lukumades Loyalty App


The LukumadesApp is our version of those coffee stamp cards you keep in your wallet, but we'd like to think it's way more fun.
Use the LukumadesApp to pay in-store and you'll earn LUKUCOIN’s on every purchase. LUKUCOIN’s add up to free doughnuts and other cool things!

 
 

  • Paying on the Lukumades App is very simple. Here's how it works:

    1. Download the app

    2. Follow the set up prompts or select 'payment' on the menu

    3. Click the red 'Credit or Debit Card' box to add your card. You can use the photo method, or type the details in yourself.

    4. Your card is now successfully loaded into the app

    Paying In-store:

    1. When you're ready to pay in store, press the brown Paying with App menu at bottom of screen

    2. You'll see your number displayed

    3. Order as normal and tell the staff you're 'paying with the app'

    4. they'll ask you to confirm your number and the transaction will be processed

    5. The amount will be debited from your card

    I need to change my card details!
    You can do this in the 'Payment' menu or on the payment screen

    I have a $1 transaction showing on my account and I didn't spend it!
    This is a temporary authorisation transaction, and will disappear in a few days - you won't be changed.

  • Redeeming an offer on the Lukumades App is easy.

    Every time you pay on the Lukumades App in store, you earn Lukucoin. Each $1 spent = 10 Lukucoin. Once you've earned enough points, you can start redeeming them on doughnuts, tickets to Lukumades things and more. Here's how:

    1. Check your points balance on the top of the home screen so you can see how much you have to spend

    2. Scroll through the offers on the screen to see what you fancy

    3. Once you decide, click on the tile to open the offer

    4. Click the 'Redeem for X points'

    5. Approve your purchase

    6. If you're collecting then and there, you can head to the counter and show them your offer

    7. If you want to save the offer for the next time you're in store, click 'Use Later' in the top righthand corner and the offer will save in the 'Saved Offer' tab on the menu

    Once you've redeemed an offer, the points will automatically be deducted from your balance.

  • We will never share your data… only use it for the greater good of your doughnut-eating life

    Your card details are secure. When your card details are loaded into the app, only payments in a Lukumades store will be taken, and only when approved by you.

    Any transactions processed by the Lukumades App will appear on your card statement as ‘Lukumades’

    The app may authenticate your card with a $1 fee every now and then – this will not be taken as payment and should disappear off your card statement within a couple of days

    Prices are the same when paying on the app as they are when paying cash, card or paypass.

    The app doesn’t work when the internet is off in our stores – sorry. Sometimes this happens so you won’t be able to make payment please NOTE: we are currently unable to offer Lukumades App Lukucoin on online cake purchases as our systems don't like talking to each other 😞. Please hold tight, we're working on it!
